Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Omniva with a tracking number. Ensure you have specified the correct phone number when placing an order.
If you prefer delivery by some other carrier, either delivery method, please, let us know prior to paying for your order. We will contact you and try to arrange the best possible solution.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
In most cases, the order is packed into a carton box and sealed plastic bag. If required, a bubble wrap is added. We do our best to protect your items during shipment.
