2. Products and Ordering
2.1. The online store sells 3D printing filament. Product descriptions, prices, and availability are displayed on the website.
2.2. A binding sales contract is formed after you place an order and receive an automatic order confirmation email.
2.3. Red Cookie OÜ reserves the right to cancel an order in case of stock errors, technical issues, or obvious pricing mistakes.
2.4. If an order is cancelled, any payment received will be refunded immediately.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1. All prices on the website are in EUR and include VAT.
3.2. The total cost of the order, including delivery, is shown at checkout.
3.3. Accepted payment methods:
– Credit/debit card
– Bank transfer
3.4. For card payments, the charge is made at the time of purchase.
3.5. For bank transfers, the order is processed once payment is received.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. Delivery is available within Estonia.
4.2. Orders are delivered via Omniva parcel services.
4.3. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates.
4.4. Risk of accidental loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed over to Omniva.
4.5. Delivery fees are displayed during checkout.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
5.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Estonian Consumer Protection Act and EU consumer law.
5.2. Returned goods must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
5.3. The customer pays the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or incorrect.
5.4. To exercise the right of withdrawal, notify us via email: [email protected].
5.5. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned product.
5.6. If the returned item is opened or shows signs of use, we may refuse the refund or reduce it proportionally.
6. Defective Goods
6.1. If the product is defective, damaged in transit, or not as described, contact us immediately at [email protected].
6.2. We will repair, replace, or refund the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
6.3. Please include the order number, description of the defect, and photos if applicable.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Red Cookie OÜ is not liable for damage caused by:
– incorrect printer settings;
– improper storage of filament;
– use of the filament in unsuitable equipment;
– failure to follow usage instructions.
7.2. Red Cookie OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., failed prints, lost time, business interruption).
8. Force Majeure
8.1. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as postal disruptions, strikes, natural disasters, or technical failures of third parties.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
9.2. Consumer disputes may be resolved through the Consumer Disputes Committee or via the EU ODR platform.
